Contact folders
This site has its own chat community. Contacts sit in folders by role and unit, and every folder is marked Internal or External. Nobody imports a contact list: people are added by click from our own directory.

A space keeps the whole conversation with a partner, a project, a department or a learning cohort in one traceable place. What is not in the space does not exist on the system.
